Cancellation Policy

(Read carefully!)

Cancellations made by the participant and/or agency shall be subject to the following refund criteria:

- Cancellations made before one month prior to the seminar - 50% refund.

- Cancellations made after one month, but before two weeks prior to the seminar - 25% refund but balance of fees may be applied to another RescueRIG seminar.

- Cancellations made after two weeks prior to the seminar - 0% refund, but fees may be applied to another RescueRIG seminar.

For any reason RescueRIG has to cancel a seminar, participants will receive a full refund of seminar fees. In the event of cancellation, RescueRIG will notify all registrants as early as possible, but assumes no liability for additional expenses incurred by the participant. Seminars will not be canceled due to weather. Participants should be ready for any and all field conditions and are responsible for their own protection from weather or thermal-related insult or injury.

Travel, lodging, personal equipment are not included in the Seminar fees.
